REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

          We will gladly replace or refund any defective or incorrect item.  We are not responsible for  damaged,
          lost, or stolen shipments.  Please purchase insurance to protect yourself from possible loss.

           We will not accept returns of cut fabric (unless a pre-cut bundle);  or of patterns and books (due to
          copyright laws).  Items must be in their original condition..

          Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
          
           Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization from Tree of Life Quilt Shoppe.  Please
          contact us by  email (customer@treeoflifequiltshoppe.com ), or by phone at 231-425-3171.

           Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable, unless it is for a defective or incorrect item.

          All sales of clearance items are final, with no returns accepted.

          We do our best to achieve the best color accuracy of our fabrics on our web site.  We cannot, however,
          guarantee how they will appear to you on your computer monitor.   We can send up to 5 snips of  fabric
          samples. Send us the Collection name and SKU #, and include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
